Where we ship

Uzakara only accepts an online order when the active market has an approved product price and an explicit shipping method for the delivery destination. If checkout is not available for a product or market, we do not accept payment for that order.

Rates and delivery information

When checkout is active, available shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimate are shown before payment and included in the order confirmation. We do not publish a generic rate or delivery promise where a live market rule has not been approved.

Cross-border orders

Cross-border availability depends on the product, origin, destination, customs information and an approved shipping method. Duties, taxes or import charges, when applicable, are disclosed or handled according to the terms shown at checkout.

Address changes

Contact support as soon as possible if a shipping address is wrong. We cannot promise an address change after an order has entered fulfilment.
