Why can I see a US price but not add the product to my bag?
Loading Bag US prices shown on Uzakara are authoritative source-market prices, but Uzakara has not activated checkout until its own shipping, tax and fulfilment rules are complete.
Why is there no CAD price?
We do not relabel a USD price as CAD. Canada retail pricing appears only after a Canadian price is approved.
Are Loading Bag pieces identical?
No. They are made from recovered advertising textiles, so each physical piece can have a different crop, colour balance and marks.
Does Uzakara make the products?
Uzakara is the concept store and merchant. Maker identity remains visible on each product: currently Loading Bag and Tale of Magic in the retail edit.
How do returns work?
Eligible direct purchases have a 14-day voluntary return window after delivery, subject to the Returns & Refunds policy and any mandatory rights that apply.
