We want every item to arrive as carefully as it was chosen. Delivery and return arrangements depend on the item and destination. Contact support@uzakara.com for assistance.

Shipping destinations and costs

Our storefront is in English and displays prices in USD. Shipment eligibility is determined per destination and product. We will confirm available shipping methods, delivery charges, estimated transit times, and applicable taxes or duties before accepting payment. If shipping cannot be offered to your address, the order cannot be completed. We do not advertise free or fixed-price shipping without a verified service.

Dispatch and tracking

Dispatch depends on stock location and fulfilment arrangements. An estimated dispatch window and carrier will be provided when confirmed; tracking information is shared when a tracked service is used. International deliveries may be subject to customs inspection and delays outside our control.

One-of-one pieces

Some Loading Bag items are unique physical pieces. Their colours, material markings and patterns can differ from other units in the same series. Please review the specific item photos and SKU before ordering.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Contact us promptly with the order number, photographs and a description. Keep original packaging until we advise next steps. We will assess an appropriate replacement, return or refund according to the situation and applicable law.

Other returns and refunds

To request a return, email support with your order number and reason before shipping anything. We will provide applicable eligibility and return instructions for the product and country. Do not send items to an unconfirmed address. If a refund is due, we process it to the original payment method where possible. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Before ordering

If your region’s shipping price, return eligibility or taxes are not yet displayed at checkout, contact us for confirmation before committing to purchase. We will not take payment for unsupported delivery destinations.
